Business Integrity, Inc. (hereinafter “Business Integrity”) values the privacy of our users, members, and others who visit and use the www.contractexpress.com web site and its associated tools, products and services (the “Site”) (collectively or individually “Users”). This statement governs information you provide to us or that we learn from your visit and use of the Site and tells you how we may collect, use, and share this information.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the ContractExpress.com Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”). Your use of the Site and any personally identifiable information you provide through the Site are subject at all times to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

The Information Business Integrity Collects

• User Provided Information: You may choose to provide to Business Integrity what is generally called “personally identifiable” information when you register as a user of the Site, such as your name, email address, postal mailing address, home/mobile telephone number, fax number, credit card number and billing information. Personally identifiable information also includes any personal information you submit about another individual in the course of using the Site, including information which may appear as content in any document, template or output file. • “Cookies” Information: When you visit the Site, Business Integrity may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer. Business Integrity may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Site. By using these cookies, Business Integrity can “remember” what you have done on the Site before and personalize the Site for you. The Way Business Integrity Uses Information

• Business Integrity uses some of the information that we collect to provide to you features and services found on the Site. Business Integrity will use your email address, without further consent, for both (i) promotional or marketing of the Site, and (ii) non-marketing or administrative purposes such as notifying you of about updates and changes to the Site or to communicate with you about your account with Business Integrity.

• Business Integrity may share automatically collected and other aggregate non-personally-identifiable information with interested third parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on the Site.
• Business Integrity may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws (such as U.S. Copyright law) or respond to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena, or warrant. In some cases, Business Integrity may make such disclosures without notice to you.

User Profile and Password

If you have set up a user account on the Site (including creation of a username and password), you have access to your personal information and you may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECRECY OF YOUR UNIQUE PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION AT ALL TIMES.

Children

Business Integrity will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) without requiring parental consent, and no part of the Site is directed to persons under 13. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SITE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. Any person who provides their personal information to Business Integrity through the Site represents that they are 13 years of age or older.

Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites

The Site may contain links to Web sites and services provided by third parties. Any personally identifiable information you provide on third-party sites or services is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party’s policies governing privacy and security. Business Integrity is not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services to which links are displayed on the Site. Business Integrity encourages you to learn about third parties’ privacy and security policies before providing them with personally identifiable information.

Data Security and Back-Up

No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, Business Integrity cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, Business Integrity makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software.

WHILE BUSINESS INTEGRITY MAKES COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO SECURE THE PERSONALLY IDENTFIABLE INFORMATION RELATING TO, AND PROVIDED BY, ITS USERS, AND THE DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION STORED OR RETAINED BY ITS USERS AS PART OF THE FEATURES AVAILBALE ON THE SITE, BUSINESS INTEGRITY MAKES NO GUARANTY OR WARRANTY THAT THIRD PARTIES WILL NOT GAIN UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND DATA AND THAT THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE, ALTER, OR DESTROY SUCH DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION IN AN UNAUTHORIZED MANNER.

WHILE BUSINESS INTEGRITY ADHERES TO THE POLICIES SET FORTH IN THIS STATEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE TO US, THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO, AND BUSINESS INTEGRITY HAS NO CONTROL OVER (AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR) THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE AND AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION THAT IS COLLECTED BY OR DISCLOSED TO OUR AFFILIATED COMPANIES OR OTHER BUSINESSES OR PERSONS TO PROCESS SUCH INFORMATION ON OUR BEHALF, TO PROVIDE WEBSITE HOSTING, MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY, OR TO OFFER CERTAIN FEATURES ON THE SITE.

If Business Integrity learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Business Integrity may also post a notice on the Site if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. International Users

If you are a User accessing the Site from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from United States laws, please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States which does not have the same data protection laws as the EU and other regions, and by providing your personal data you consent to (i) the use of your personal data for the uses identified above in accordance with the Privacy Policy; and (ii) the transfer of your personal data to the United States as indicated above.

In the Event of Merger or Sale

If Business Integrity should ever file for bankruptcy or have its assets sold to or merge with another entity, information Business Integrity receives from you through the Site is a Business Integrity asset and may be transferred to a successor in connection with such sale or merger.

Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy

Business Integrity may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, Business Integrity will also revise the “Last Updated” date above. Business Integrity encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we are protecting the personal information we collect. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the then-current Privacy Policy.
