ContractExpress Author is a plug-in for Microsoft Word 2007/2010 and enables you to automate your content with no programmers and no fuss. As part of the trial you will also get access to your personal online workspace to store your templates and generated documents.

Do I lose my 30-day free trial if I sign up during the trial?

No. If you sign up for a ContractExpress.com subscription during your free trial we will honor the trial period and start your subscription after your trial.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. ContractExpress is a subscription to subscription service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. If you cancel you will be charged for the current subscription period but you will not be charged again.

How does pricing work?

ContracExpress.com is licensed on a per named user basis. Each user can create an unlimited number of templates and generate and unlimited number of documents. With ContractExpress its all about the fee earners! Fee earners generate legal contracts and documents from the automated content produced by template authors, generating revenue for the firm. Every fee earner and template author needs to have a ContractExpress subscription. We also decided it would only be fair to allow template authors to generate documents and allow fee earners to modify templates at no additional costs, after all that's how solo's do it.

Does ContractExpress offer automated content, such as NDAs, that I can start using today?

Our partner Koncision Contract Automation is developing a library of state-of-the-art business-contract templates powered by ContractExpress. The founder and president of Koncision is Ken Adams, the leading authority on contract language. To sign up for a free one-year subscription to Koncision’s first product, a confidentiality-agreement template for the U.S. market, go here.

Do my clients have to pay directly to access my automated legal content?

No. Your client just needs a ContractExpress.com account. You can allocate any of your unused accounts to a client or purchase one for them. Once their account is set up you can share the relevant templates onto their extranet for self service contract creation.

Is my data and that of my clients secured?
